3rd edition of the International BeGEO Scientists Conference (Napoli, 17-18 novembre 2025) - scadenza invio abstract: 31 marzo 2025

We would like to inform you that the deadline for the abstract submission to the BeGEO2025 Conference has been extended to 24 April 2025 at 13:00 (CET). You still have time to consider submitting your abstracts free of charge by filling the form here: https://www.begeos.it/abstract/
 
We take the chance to summarize the conference program and grants:
- The conference will be held at the Conference Center of the University of Naples - Federico I (www.centrocongressi.unina.it/via-partenope/) the 17-18 November 2025
-This year, the main International sponsor is the European Space Agency (ESA) along with a lot of Italian scientific institutions and associations.
- For this edition, five grants for best oral and poster presentations are offered by the Italian Society of Mineralogy and Petrology (SIMPhttps://www.socminpet.it/), and the Italian Association for the Study of the Quaternary (AIQUAhttps://www.aiqua.it/index.php). Dear Early Career Scientists, Dear Colleagues,

We kindly remind you that the deadline for the abstract submission for the 3rd edition of the International BeGEO Scientists Conference is approaching. Abstracts can be submitted until the 31 March 2025 at 13:00 (CET).

Building on the outstanding success of the first and second editions, BeGEO2025 is the renewed opportunity for undergraduate, postgraduate students, PhDs and early-career researchers to share their most recent scientific findings, with the aim of giving rise to a combined synergy among different geological disciplines. International networking among young geoscientists keeps being a crucial feature of BeGEO2025!

The title of the  3rd  Edition is “Working for the Future Challenges in Earth Sciences” and the conference will be held for the first time at the Conference Center in Via Partenope 36 (https://www.centrocongressi.unina.it/via-partenope/), on the wonderful seafront of Naples (Italy), on the 17-18 November 2025.

The conference is supported by important Italian and International institutions and Universities (https://www.begeos.it/conference/), among others the European Space Agency (ESA), main sponsor of the event.

To submit your abstract, please follow the instructions here https://www.begeos.it/abstract/. The abstract submission is free of charge, while participation to the conference requires a small fee and membership registration.

For this edition we adopted a new organization in 6 thematic sessions (https://www.begeos.it/sessions/), our great scientific board, with experts in various fields of Geosciences, will evaluate your abstracts and nominate the conveners for each session among the participants, based on their academic career and upon self-candidature.
